To schedule, get in touch with the H-E-B Nutrition Services team today! They are available Monday – Friday from 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. and Saturday from 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.

  • Diagnosed with diabetes (doctor's referral needed)

  • BMI > 25​​
